The sale of this Upper East Side lounge was consummated on the first day of August 2006. The transaction was brokered by Sonya Mechkor, with the assistance of Alex Picken. The new establishment will host arcade games, a pool table and a very lively atmosphere. It will open as BB & R (Blonde, Brunette & a Redhead) around Labor Day Weekend 2006.

The sale of this upscale Midtown East hotspot, Light, occurred in July 2006, with the transfer of a 10 year lease to the new tenant. The 4,300 sq. ft. single floor premise, will undergo extensive renovations and is expected to open in the fall of 2006, under a new name and theme. The sale was brokered by salesperson David Hantman, with the assistance of salesperson Anna Rhein & Alex Picken.

The buyers were able to acquire a fully fixtured premise with very low key money and a brand new lease. The new establishment, Loft, opened in 2005 and became an instant hot spot for models and celebrities.
